As a final result, we prepare a presentation, a detailed report of work and a proposal for future cooperation, schedule of activities and a savings plan.
Successful implementation of the management system lies in the everyday work with people. We do not introduce changes from behind the desk, nor do we give orders. Our analysis shows us the scope of problems to be solved in close cooperation with your staff. We will engage the board of directors, managers, masters and foremen in order to implement an effective and easy-to-use management system. We will introduce control mechanisms to allow successful control of the whole company for the board members and effective control of subordinates for the middle managers.
The integral part of project implementation is a training cycle for all levels of managers. This supports the process of undergoing changes and facilitates advancement to the next project phases. Your employees, who we prepare and train, constitute the warranty for continuity of positive results by being on the front line of everyday work. They are responsible for overseeing the implemented elements of the project and continually improving them after the project phase is finished. They also control the level of efficiency of the system and report the results to the board of directors.
Time of implementation of QMC program- 18 to 40 WEEKS
QMC offers audit services throughout 6-12 months after the implementation of the system. During this time we analyze the level of compatibility of the system with the implemented procedures and we assess any additional opportunities. We check whether our coordinators control the system reliably and in accordance with the assumed plan. We never want our cooperation with a customer to be a single, random event.
